The original feature of our model is that each
organization adapts its structure to dynamically and independently
changing environments by selecting autonomously and dynamically its
form. We model an organization as a task-based system, which is mainly
applied in computational organization theory. Then we use inverse
simulation method to classify organizational structures that adapt
virtually provided environments and observe adaptive process of
learning in organization.

The main contribution of this paper is to provide rigid
agent-based framework to build a model to get adaptation processes of
organization in dynamically changing, i.e. non-stationary enivironment.
