Keiki Takadama and Takao Terano and Katsunori Shimohara and Koichi Hori
and Shinichi Nakasuka, "Making Organizational Learning Operational:
Implications from Learning Classifier Systems", Computational &
Mathematical Organizaition Theory, Vol.5, No.3, pp.229-252, 1999.
僕にとって研究の位置づけのために有用な論文だ.
非常に面白かった.
組織学習をoperationalに考えるときの,ループ学習の再解釈.
いわゆるMarchのそれの影響が強いような気がする.
* Individual single-loop learning: In this learning, an
individual improves its performance within its individual mental model.
This contributes to improving the problem solving efficiency at an
individual level. * Individual double-loop learning: In this learning,
an individual improves its performance through the change of its
individual mental model. This contributes to extending the range of
problem solving at an individual level. * Organizational single-loop
learning: In this learning, individuals improve their performance
within their shared mental model. This contributes to improving the
problem solving efficiency at an organizational level like the
individual single-loop learning. * Organizaitonal double-loop learning:
In this learning, individuals improve their performance through the
change of their shared mental model. This learning contributes to
extending the range of problem solving at an organizational level like
the individual double-loop learning.

これ,いただきです.
The avobe assumptions may seem to define only parts of
organizational learning, but it is important to find new results which
can be derived from the avobe assumptions but cannot be derived from
the general definition of organizational learning.(pp.232)
問題になるのは,この記述と,organizational structureの定義,つまりなにをどう捉えたものであるか,というところだと思う.
Furthermore, agents in OCS solve given problems by dividing
them in the same level, and therefore the organizational structure in
OCS is characterized as a flat and not a hierarchical structure.
(pp.282)
From this fact, one kind of socially situated intelligence
in multiagent learning is supported by (a) different dimensions in
learning mechanisms, (b) interaction among various levels and types of
learning mechanisms in addition to interaction among agents, and (c)
combination of exploration at an individual level and exploitation at
an organizational level.
